Marc E. Stewart’s legal focus has always been in the area of medical malpractice. He has represented injured patients since graduating law school in 1999, earning his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in Houston. Before opening his own firm in 2002, he served as an associate attorney with a prominent Houston firm recognized for its excellence in trial work. Mr. Stewart holds an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and, prior to attending law school, he accumulated a wealth of real-life experience working as a musician, marketing steel products, and serving as a legislative aid in the United States Congress. He has appeared on Channel THV’s Law Call program in Little Rock and is a sought-after speaker on medical malpractice issues, particularly those pertaining to Tort Reform, having experienced the impact in Texas. Mr. Stewart is a member of the State Bar of Arkansas, State Bar of Texas, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He became licensed in Arkansas in 2009. Mr. Stewart offers not only tremendous legal experience, but also a great wealth of knowledge of medicine and the intricate workings of medical malpractice issues, giving his clients confidence, efficiency, and a record of success. He is happily married and has two terrific daughters and a Yorkie.
